Procrastination is a master of disguise. It has many faces. It shows up as actions we “feel” like doing instead of the tasks we "should or need” to do
- "Doom scrolling"- through social media, videos or binging shows for hours instead of working on taking your business to the next level
- Making excuses to put off releasing that new product, book or business and feeling like you can only be productive under extreme pressure or crunch
