I want you to think of your mind as a computer. There is a Program that this computer of your mind runs on. It's constantly learning from every experience you have. The things you say to yourself. From every emotion you feel.

Learning and adapting to the things that cause joy, pleasure, fear and pain. It does its best to keep you away from the painful things and close to the fun pleasurable ones. Even if it means keeping you away from success so you can avoid experiencing failure and pain.

Think of RTT as a junk cleaning software. It scans your memories, beliefs, ideas and habits for all the patterns clogging up your system and helps you either to release or rewrite the code so you function the way you were designed to. To succeed.​
